It is not to be interpreted by political judge(s),or by some congressperson(s) so it will best suit his or her political aspirations. Also I loathe dishonest politicians and their associates. These office holders have sworn to up hold the United States Constitution and protect the United States and it's citizens from it's enemies. CIA agents and especially the covert operatives also deserve our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for their dedication , skills and love of country.<br /> The U.S. Government has several persons in high ranking government positions who have decided that CIA agents and special forces personnel who defend themselves while defending and serving this country should be chastised, ridiculed, brought up on bogus charges and imprisoned.<br /> These same high ranking government officials are not fit to polish the shoes of these wonderful Americans. <br /> All bogus charges should be dropped against these CIA agents, special forces personnel, and any military personnel now charged or imprisoned.
